A finding aid for Grey County names in the 1901 census is in progress. In this first phase, the index currently lists about 33 000 people from 11 of 23 sub districts, providing direction so visitors can find data on their relations in the National Archives' Census pages. The site may be browsed three ways. 1. by an alphabetical name list - under the Summary link; 2. by Pages, as they are at the Archives, so family groups are kept together; 3. by an alphabetical list of names in each sub district.
